2. Principle of Data Minimisation

This website is deliberately designed to minimise data processing. BIGFORCE CONSULTING uses no advertising or user tracking, no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel and no contact form. No external Google Fonts, Google Maps or YouTube embeds are used. Contact is made exclusively by telephone or email.

3. Hosting and Server Log Data

When this website is accessed, the hosting provider may process technically necessary connection and log data. This may include, in particular, the IP address, date and time of access, requested content, amount of data transferred, referrer information and details of the browser and operating system.

Where applicable, processing is carried out to provide the website securely and reliably and on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The hosting provider is IONOS. Where IONOS processes data on our behalf, this is done under the applicable data processing agreement.

4. Contact by Email or Telephone

If you contact BIGFORCE CONSULTING by email or telephone, the information you provide will be processed to the extent necessary to handle your enquiry and for further communication.

The legal basis depends on the purpose of the contact. For pre-contractual or contractual enquiries, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR may apply; otherwise, processing may be based on legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Note for confidential matters: When making initial contact by unencrypted email, please provide only the information necessary to establish contact. For particularly sensitive content, an appropriate communication channel can then be agreed.

5. Cookies and Tracking

BIGFORCE CONSULTING does not use marketing or tracking cookies on this website. If technically essential storage or access operations become necessary in future, they will be used solely to provide website functions explicitly requested by the user, and this privacy policy will be updated as required.

6. Recipients of Personal Data

Personal data is disclosed to service providers or other recipients only where necessary for the relevant purpose, where a legal obligation exists or where another appropriate legal basis applies. In operating the website, the hosting provider in particular may be engaged as a processor.

7. Retention Period

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant processing purpose or as required by statutory retention and documentation obligations. It is then deleted unless another legal basis for continued storage applies.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, data subjects may in particular have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Where processing is based on consent, that consent may be withdrawn for the future.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority. In Bulgaria, the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) is the national data protection authority.

This privacy policy will be updated if the website, the technical services used or legal requirements change.
